Erection of single storey extension to front of property and 2 storey extension and loft conversion to rear of property.
b) RR/2024/2231/P – Bay View, Willow Lane, Winchelsea Beach, TN36 4LN
Proposed demolition of existing detached garage/workshop building and erection of two storey extension.
7. Flyposting, graffiti and flytipping matters.
8. (a) Decisions and Enforcement Matters advised by Rother District Council.
(b) Breaches of planning control.
