6. To consider applications referred by Rother District Council:
a) RR/2024/1161/P Driftwood, The Ridge, Winchelsea, TN36 4LT
Demolition of existing porch and garage and addition of two-storey extension with landscaping works.
b) RR/2024/1193/L Wickham Manor, Wickham Rock Lane, Icklesham
Removal of existing roof coverings, re-using some existing and new fabric to re-roof the existing outbuilding, with associated timber and masonry repairs to a grade 2* listed building.

8. Rother District Council Questionnaire regarding Enforcement
To consider and agree on a response to Rother District Council’s feedback questionnaire (attached) concerning enforcement.
9. To agree on response to National Planning Policy Framework Consultation
Consultation closes on 24th September and can be viewed online here: https://www.gov.uk/government/consultations/proposed-reforms-to-the-national-planning-policy-framework-and-other-changes-to-the-planning-system ESALC have commissioned the attached report by Planning Expert Steven Tilbury to aid Parish and Town Councils.
