Rother District Council are currently consulting on their next Local Plan. The Rother Local Plan will guide development and land use in Rother.

Hard copies of the plan are available to view at:-
- Bexhill Town Hall
- Libraries in Bexhill, Battle, Hastings, Heathfield, Hollington, Rye and Wadhurst.
- Community Libraries in Ore, Ticehurst and Northiam.
Rother District Council will also be attending our Annual Parish Meeting on Friday 31st May at Icklesham Memorial Hall to give a brief presentation on the plan and answer any questions residents may have. The meeting starts at 7.00 pm.
